Counseling will help you with the stress from fighting addictions, depression and anxiety which can leave you exhausted and discouraged. Many wait too long to get help, tolerating an unhappy situation for years because they lack the support and tools to make changes. Using a variety of clinical techniques, I provide a supportive environment in which I work closely with my clients as their counselor, sponsor and friend to overcome obstacles and to facilitate positive changes in their lives. I take a slightly different approach than a traditional therapist. My purpose will be to help you understand and know your particular behavior with positive proven methods. This will enable you to take control and change your behavior into something that will better your life.

Having dealt with addiction personally and with friends & family, I understand addiction and co-dependency and my purpose is to help my clients to understand their own by teaching them the secrets of psychology and how to change their compulsive thoughts, behaviors, and energy into positive addiction free behaviors and lifestyles.


Traditional approaches alone do not necessarily end damaging addictions or compulsive behaviors. I will serve as your sponsor and someone who will support you in your recovery and promote 12 step work in conjunction with deep cognitive behavioral therapy. Counseling & Therapy sessions can be in person, on the phone or online.
